By way as follows >_< :
1.Download and install QooApp on Android / Ios.
2. Open and Fate in the search engine logo magnifying glass, then select Fate / Grand Order.
3.Click Download and wait Download completed and will display a menu to install it.
4.Open the game and wait until the update is complete, and later in menu login.
5. For the first time play will show the option menu, select only the right to "Yes".
